Unless specific request happens, postal service of each country will be chosen as a first option for the shipping.

Return Policy

Please send back the unwanted item or size to the returns address below.
Please include a note with your name, order number, and size/item you wish to exchange for.
The item must be returned in original condition (not worn, washed or damaged).
If exchanging for a different item, please note it must be from the same band.
Once we receive your item, we'll send out the exchange item free of charge.
You may return an item for a refund due to change of mind or size/fit unsuitable, as long as the item is in original condition (not washed or worn, only tried on). Please note shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed onto the original form of payment (Credit Card or PayPal).


お客さまの都合により返品・交換を希望される場合は、未開封の場合に限りお受けいたします。
但し、商品到着後8日以内にご連絡を頂いたものに限ります。
次の場合は、返品・交換はお受け致しかねます。
◆開封後、一度ご使用になられた商品
◆開封後、お客様の元でキズ・破損が生じた商品
